Editorial Note

Abstract

MDPIP in its journey as a publisher presents the second issue of its Open Access Organization and Management Review. This issue consists of five quantitative articles covering various aspects of the organization and managerial issues. The findings, interpretations, and conclusions expressed in these articles are entirely those of the researchers, thus, naturally MDPIP nor its Editorial Board bears responsibility for any shortcomings. The publication of the second issue was not possible without the cooperation of our Editorial Board and research experts on the review panel who spared their precious time and generously devoted their time and energies to thoughtfully review the assigned articles. We must express our sincerest appreciation and gratitude to them all.
